The main purpose of this commission

The primary aim of the commission is to coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of cultural, artistic, and scientific activities within the faculty.

Event Planning and Organization

• Planning seminars, panels, exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, and science fairs to be held within the faculty.

• Creating an activity calendar that encourages participation from students and academic staff.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Organizing events in cooperation with other faculties, university units, non-governmental organizations, and local authorities.

• Ensuring coordination with student clubs within the faculty.

Evaluation and Reporting

• Assessing the effectiveness of the activities carried out.

• Preparing post-event reports and submitting them to the faculty administration.

Cultural and Scientific Awareness

• Developing projects that contribute to students’ cultural and scientific development.

• Organizing activities that raise social awareness.

Promotion and Announcement

• Ensuring that events are announced through posters, social media, and the faculty website.
